The cylinder support material is a medical absorbable material, the two internal axially-preset circular tunnels are parallel to each other, an outlet circular chamfer is arranged at an outlet, and human or animal osteogenic induction stem cells are evenly distributed inside the circular tunnels. The arteriovenous
blood vessel peduncles comprise arteries, veins and
arteriovenous grafts, the arteries, the veins and the
arteriovenous grafts are arranged on
receptor blood vessel peduncles, the arteriovenous blood vessel peduncles are arranged in the support material and are arranged in parallel in a separated mode, and distal blood vessels are anastomosed or ligatured. According to the novel vascularized tissue-engineered bone, the tissue-engineered bone can be vascularized fast, fully, safely and effectively after
transplantation, the clinical effects are effectively improved, good
nutrition supply and the good
metabolism environment are provided for transplanted cells, the osteogenic activity of the tissue-engineered bone after
