The invention provides a preparation method of a high-temperature resistance multilayer precoated sand, which comprises the following steps: a)heating screened quartz sand or ceramsite in a high-temperature furnace to 150-180 DEG C and then placing in a first-grade sand mixer, injecting a coated material while stirring, adding a curing agent after stirring for 10-20 seconds, continuously stirring for 90-240 seconds to obtain the precured coated quartz sand or ceramsite; b)placing the precured quartz sand or ceramsite in the step a) in a secondary sand mixer for heating to the temperature of 150-180 DEG C, injecting nonsaturated resin, organosilicon and the curing agent while stirring, stirring for 40-140 seconds to obtain the solidifiable coated quartz sand or ceramsite; and c)cooling the solidifiable coated quartz sand or ceramsite in the step b) to the temperature of 100-110 DEG C and placing in a third-grade sand mixer, adding calcium stearate with inertia resin weight of 5-7%, and uniformly stirring to obtain the product for warehousing.
