The invention provides a composite external wall panel, which comprises a concrete wall body prepared by adding thermal insulation materials into silicate cement, wherein outer decorative layers and inner decorative layers are respectively arranged on the inner and outer sides of the concrete wall body; a double-layer bidirectional steel mesh is arranged inside the concrete wall body; the double-layer bidirectional steel mesh comprises a first layer of steel mesh and a second layer of steel mesh which are arranged at intervals; and Rachel steel bars connected between the first layer of steel mesh and the second layer of steel mesh. The composite exterior wall panel of the invention is suitable for exterior wall panels in fabricated buildings and has the performances of light weight, high strength, fire prevention, self-insulation, decoration, waterproof, sound insulation, frost resistance, convenient manufacture, environmental protection and the like.
