wavelength modulation is implemented; the method disclosed by the invention does not require an additional reference gas
pool for calibrating gas concentration and is more beneficial to field severe environment measurement; in addition, a
harmonic signal adopted by the method disclosed by the invention is narrow in spectrum occupied range, so as to benefit to multispectrum
coupling measurement and facilitate implementing simultaneous online measurement on gas concentration of multiple components; and meanwhile, the method disclosed by the invention utilizes a
line width obtained by measurement to participate incalculation on the gas concentration without utilizing excessive parameters in a
spectral database, thereby eliminating influence of indeterminacy of spectrum parameters and component concentration.
