chromium ions. The novel microbial sensor comprises a
polycarbonate (PC) detection base plate, an
alloy coating conduction channel is arranged on the surface of the PC detection base plate, one end of the
alloy coating conduction channel is connected with a leading wire, the other end of the
alloy coating conduction channel is a detection coating, a layer of PC cover plate is covered above the detection coating, a detection
pool which corresponds to the detection coating is arranged on the PC cover plate, the detection coating serves as the bottom surface of the detection
pool, a
chromium ion induction layer is coated on the surface of the detection coating of the detection
pool, the
chromium ion induction layer is composed of
graphite powders,
ochrobactrum anthropi freeze-dried powders and
liquid paraffin according to a
mass ratio of 45:45:10, and the
graphite powders, the
ochrobactrum anthropi freeze-dried powders and the
liquid paraffin are uniformly mixed and tiled on the surface of the detection coating. The novel microbial sensor for detecting the chromium ions has the advantages that the required quantity of samples is small, the detection time is short, the sensitivity is high, the
lower limit of detection is low, the novel microbial sensor is extremely easy to carry about, the real-time monitoring is convenient, most importantly the manufacturing cost is low, the
mass production is achieved, and the stability and the biological selectivity are high.
