Problems solved by technology

Among them, the dispersed oil enters the human body through the food chain, which is harmful to human health. When the oil content in water is 0.01-0.1mg / l, it will have adverse effects on the growth of aquatic organisms, and the fish meat has a special smell and cannot be eaten; when it is 0.3-0.5mg / l , the water quality produces odor and is not suitable for drinking

Embodiment 1

[0009] The detection method of oily waste water adopts the ultraviolet working curve method, and prepares 500mL of oil and water solutions with concentrations of 3ppm, 6ppm, 10.4ppm, 14.2ppm and 18.0ppm respectively, and extracts twice with 25mL cyclohexane. 10gNaCl, adjust the solution to pH = 3 with sulfuric acid, remove water from the extracted cyclohexane oil solution with infrared special anhydrous sodium sulfate, and set the volume to 100mL. The working curve method is as follows: the preparation concentration is respectively 500mL of 2.3ppm, 6ppm, 10ppm, 17ppm, and 20ppm oil-water solution, and is extracted twice with 25mL cyclohexane; before extraction, 10gNaCl is added to the oil-water solution, and the solution is distilled Adjust to pH = 3, remove water from the extracted cyclohexane oil solution with infrared special anhydrous sodium sulfate, and set the volume to 50mL. After constant volume, the solution is detected by an ultraviolet spectrophotometer, and the conc...

Abstract

The invention discloses an oil content detecting method for wastewater. The oil content detecting method comprises the following steps: preparing 500mL of a 3ppm oil-water solution, 500mL of a 6ppm oil-water solution, 500mL of a 10.4ppm oil-water solution, 500mL of a 14.2ppm oil-water solution and 500mL of a 18.0ppm oil-water solution by adopting an ultraviolet working curve process; and extracting twice by totally adopting 25mL of cyclohexane, adding 10g of NaCl into oil-water solutions before extracting, regulating the pH values of the solutions to 3 with sulfuric acid, removing water for extracted cyclohexane oil solutions with special infrared anhydrous sodium sulfate, keeping the volume constant be 100mL, and detecting the concentration of constant-volume solutions through an ultraviolet spectrophotometer. The ultraviolet spectrophotometry is used for measuring content of oil according to characteristic absorption of aromatic compounds and common double-bond compounds in petroleum and products thereof in a 215-260nm ultraviolet region. The oil content detecting method for the wastewater can be used for detecting the industrial wastewater with the content of the oil of lower than 1.0*10<-7> by adopting an ultraviolet working curve process principle, and has the advantages of being low in equipment cost, high in sensitivity, good in repeatability, easy to sample, small in needed sample amount and the like.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of wastewater detection, in particular to a method for detecting oil in wastewater. Background technique [0002] With the massive exploitation and wide application of mineral fuels, the pollution of mineral oil to water bodies and the environment has become a global concern and has become increasingly serious. The detection of mineral oil pollution (especially the pollution of water bodies) has attracted environmental protection department's attention. Petroleum is indispensable in modern life and is the driving force of urban development. But as a non-renewable resource, its storage capacity is getting less and less with the consumption of society. Recently, the scale of land and seabed oil exploitation is expanding, and oil leakage occurs frequently in the process of oil exploitation and transportation, which not only wastes resources, but also causes major environmental pollution accidents. Various in...
