The invention discloses a high-performance nano magnesium-based hydrogen storage material and a preparation method thereof. The high-performance nano magnesium-based hydrogen storage material is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 93-97% of magnesium, and 3-7% of a graphene nickel and palladium supported catalyst. The preparation method for the high-performance nano magnesium-based hydrogen storage material comprises a ball-milling pretreatment step; a hydriding combustion synthesis step and a strong ball-milling after-treatment step. The nano magnesium-based hydrogen storage material prepared by the preparation method has high activity, high capacity and excellent hydrogen absorption and desorption performances.

Homogeneous catalytic hydrogenation method for styrene-isoprene-styrene triblock copolymer

The invention relates to the technical field of hydrogenation of thermoplastic elastomers, and particularly discloses a homogeneous catalytic hydrogenation method for a styrene-isoprene-styrene triblock copolymer. The homogeneous catalytic hydrogenation method is characterized by comprising the following steps: adding a catalyst b solution into a catalyst a solution, and performing aging to obtaina hydrogenation catalyst; dissolving a triblock copolymer SIS into cyclohexane, and placing the mixed material into a hydrogenation reaction kettle, under stirring conditions performing vacuumizing and raising the temperature, adding the hydrogenation catalyst into the hydrogenation reaction kettle, filling the reaction kettle with a hydrogen gas, and performing a hydrogenation reaction; and performing cooling to a room temperature after the reaction is completed, taking out a hydrogenation glue liquid, adding hydrochloric acid dropwise into the glue liquid, performing flocculation with anhydrous ethanol, and performing vacuum drying to obtain the product. According to the method provided by the invention, the catalyst does not need to be specifically removed, the experimental operation is simple and easy to implement, the catalyst efficiency is improved, the usage amount of the catalyst is reduced, meanwhile, the thermoplastic elastomer SIS with a high molecular weight can be hydrogenated under a lower temperature, and the method has good hydrogenation selectivity.

Hydrogenation method for thermoplastic elastomer in series of styrene

This invention relates to a method for hydrogenating styrene-series thermoplastic elastomer with N2H4.H2O / H2O2 / catalyst system. The method comprises: (1) preparing styrene-series thermoplastic elastomer latex; (2) hydrogenating styrene-series thermoplastic elastomer latex with N2H4.H2O / H2O2 / catalyst system. The method does not need high-pressure apparatus, compressed H2, noble metal catalyst or a large amount of solvent. The product has hydrogenation degree of 85% and gel content lower than 2%. The method has such advantages as simple process, high stability, high reliability, no pollution and wide applications.

The invention provides a nitrile rubber selective heterogeneous hydrogenation catalyst and a preparation method and a hydrogenation method thereof. The nitrile rubber selective heterogeneous hydrogenation catalyst uses silicon dioxide hollow microspheres with rich big holes as carriers, and uses active metal M as carriers; through being metered by using the total quantity of the nitrile rubber selective heterogeneous hydrogenation catalyst as 100 weight percent, the load quantity of the active metal M is 1 weight percent to 8 weight percent; the active metal M comprises Pd or Rh. The catalyst is obtained by loading the active metal M onto the silicon dioxide hollow microspheres with rich big holes by a coupling grafting method. The method of the nitrile rubber selective heterogeneous hydrogenation completed by using the catalyst comprises the step of mixing the nitrile rubber selective heterogeneous hydrogenation catalyst and nitrile rubber. The invention also provides hydrogenation nitrile rubber obtained by the method. The nitrile rubber selective heterogeneous hydrogenation method completed by using the catalyst and provided by the invention has the advantages that the hydrogenation degree is high; the selectivity is 100 percent.

Hydrogenation method for activation of hydroxy-terminated butyronitrile catalyst

A hydrogenation method for activation of a hydroxy-terminated butyronitrile catalyst belongs to the field of hydrogenation catalysis. Raw hydrogenation materials adopted by the method comprise liquid hydroxy-terminated butyronitrile without any termination protection treatment and liquid hydroxy-terminated butyronitrile using hexamethyldisilazane for termination protection treatment. An activation method of the catalyst mainly comprises the steps of adding organic compounds such as alcohol and ketone as promotors and conducting selective hydrogenation on unsaturated double bonds of a polymer at 80-100 DEG C and 0-5 MPa for 2-12 h. According to the hydrogenation method, few organic compounds such as the alcohol and the ketone are used as the promotors, so that the reactivity of the catalyst is improved effectively, and the hydrogenation degree is increased greatly. In addition, the catalyst consumption required for reaching the same hydrogenation degree is reduced greatly, and the cost is saved significantly. According to the hydrogenation method, the high hydrogenation degree of the liquid hydroxy-terminated butyronitrile without any pretreatment is achieved for the first time, which cannot be achieved by other catalyst systems at present.

The present invention relates to a heterogeneous two-component hydrogenation catalyst, a hydrogenated nitrile butadiene rubber, and preparation methods of the heterogeneous two-component hydrogenation catalyst and the hydrogenated nitrile butadiene rubber. The heterogeneous two-component hydrogenation catalyst preparation method specifically comprises: carrying out amino modification on a silica hollow microsphere carrier by using a coupling agent, loading an active component M1 and an auxiliary agent component M2 on the carrier, drying, and carrying out H2 reduction treatment to obtain the heterogeneous two-component hydrogenation catalyst, wherein the active component M1 is selected from Pd or Rh, preferably Pd, and the auxiliary agent component M2 is selected from Zr or Ti, preferably Zr. According to the present invention, the prepared heterogeneous two-component hydrogenation catalyst has advantages of high catalytic activity, high selectivity, good stability, relatively low preparation cost, mild hydrogenation condition, simple process and precious metal consumption reducing; the synthesis cost of the catalyst is effectively reduced by completely using the synergetic effect between the precious metal and the auxiliary agent; and the hydrogenation degree of the hydrogenated nitrile butadiene rubber preparation method is high, and the selectivity can achieve 100%.
