Compared with the water-white hydrogenated rosin produced by a traditional method, the water-white hydrogenated rosin produced by the method provided by the invention has the advantages of lighter color, higher hydrogenation degree, better stability and lower cost, and the application value of products can be improved when the water-white hydrogenated rosin is applied to aspects such as electronics, paint, bonding agents, dyestuff and the like.

A hydrogenation method for a polymer comprising an olefin unsaturated bond is disclosed. The method includes bringing a solution of the polymer comprising the olefin unsaturated bond into contact with hydrogen in reactors under a hydrogenation condition and with the existence of a hydrogenation catalyst. The method is characterized in that the reactors are at least two reactors in series connection, the first reactor is formed by combining a tower reactor or a stirring reactor with a static mixer, materials in the reactors are allowed to be in a near complete mixing state through controlling the recycle ratio of the first reactor, the recycle ratio of the first reactor is 1-40:1, the second and latter reactors are tower reactors, and materials in the second and latter reactors are in a near plug-flow state. The method can allow the hydrogenation degree of the polymer to reach an ideal value stably.

An activation method of the catalyst mainly comprises the steps of adding organic compounds such as alcohol and ketone as promotors and conducting selective hydrogenation on unsaturated double bonds of a polymer at 80-100 DEG C and 0-5 MPa for 2-12 h. According to the hydrogenation method, few organic compounds such as the alcohol and the ketone are used as the promotors, so that the reactivity of the catalyst is improved effectively, and the hydrogenation degree is increased greatly. In addition, the catalyst consumption required for reaching the same hydrogenation degree is reduced greatly, and the cost is saved significantly. According to the hydrogenation method, the high hydrogenation degree of the liquid hydroxy-terminated butyronitrile without any pretreatment is achieved for the first time, which cannot be achieved by other catalyst systems at present.

The method comprises the following steps: performing hydrogenation modification on natural rubber in natural latex by adopting a hydrazine hydrate / hydrogen peroxide / boric acid catalytic system; and flocculating by using an aqueous solution of 2% CaCl2 and drying, thereby obtaining the HNR with different hydrogenation degrees. According to the catalytic system, NR main chain hydrogenation can be catalyzed in an emulsion state; the gel content and decomposition temperature can be increased along with the increase of the NR hydrogenation degree, and a glass-transition temperature is slightly increased; and the crosslinking density of vulcanized rubber is increased along with the increase of the hydrogenation degree. Therefore, after hydrogenation, the flexibility of the HNR is reduced, and the thermal stability is improved; and the hydrogenation degree is increased, and the crystallization capacity of the HNR is decreased. The hydrogenation of the NR is expected to improve the aging resistance of the rubber.

The present invention discloses an unsaturated copolymer hydrogenation method, which comprises: (1) dissolving a unsaturated copolymer in an organic solvent, and carrying out inflation discharge deaeration; (2) adding a hydrogenation catalyst and a ligand, wherein the hydrogenation catalyst has the following general formula: M1aM2bXmLn; (3) introducing hydrogen, stirring, and carrying out a reaction, wherein the reaction conditions comprise that the reaction temperature is 0-30 DEG C, the hydrogen pressure is 0.05-15 Mpa, and the reaction time is 1-120 min; (4) heating to a temperature of 50-180 DEG C, maintaining the hydrogen pressure at 0.1-15 Mpa, and carrying out a reaction for 1-20 h; and (5) removing the organic solvent in the reaction product obtained in the step (4). With the method of the present invention, the catalyst application cost can be reduced, the reaction is easy to perform, the hydrogenation reaction activity is high, the hydrogenation degree of the hydrogenated product can be significantly improved, and the product does not have the significantly-increased gel content.

The heterogeneous two-component hydrogenation catalyst preparation method specifically comprises: carrying out amino modification on a silica hollow microsphere carrier by using a coupling agent, loading an active component M1 and an auxiliary agent component M2 on the carrier, drying, and carrying out H2 reduction treatment to obtain the heterogeneous two-component hydrogenation catalyst, wherein the active component M1 is selected from Pd or Rh, preferably Pd, and the auxiliary agent component M2 is selected from Zr or Ti, preferably Zr. The hydrogenated block copolymer isobtained by hydrogenating a styrene-butadiene block copolymer, in the styrene-butadiene block copolymer, the content of a styrene segment is 10-90wt%, and the content of a butadiene segment is 90-10wt%; wherein the content of unsaturated C6 rings in the hydrogenated block copolymer is not more than 5wt%, and the content of straight-chain double bonds in the hydrogenated block copolymer is not more than 5wt%. A benzene ring and a butadiene segment in the styrene-butadiene block copolymer have an extremely high hydrogenation degree and excellent comprehensive performance. When the hydrogenatedblock copolymer is used as an optical material, the material is light, thin, transparent and bright; when the hydrogenated block copolymer is used as a medical material, the material is transparent, pure, safe and reliable; and when the hydrogenated block copolymer is used for preparing a food container, the food container is extremely clean.
