In the step (2) of alkali treatment, polyethylene glycol diglycidyl ether is added for auxiliary treatment, cellulase nonspecific adsorption of lignin in an enzyme hydrolysis process is effectively weakened, and cellulase hydrolysis is promoted beneficially. According to experimental results, compared with existing research results, the method has the advantage that the enzyme hydrolysis yield is remarkably increased to 83.48%. In addition, by adoption of the method, xylooligosaccharide coproduction is realized, and a novel approach is provided for comprehensive utilization of poplar wood dust.
