The invention discloses a novel
water treatment membrane
assembly, which includes: a plurality of water transporting pipes which are communicated with each other to form a water transporting pipeline in a framework structure; a plurality of
water treatment membrane piles which are communicated with the water transporting pipeline and are installed on the framework structure; and a plurality of
aeration pipes, of which the number is equal to that of the
water treatment membrane piles, wherein the
aeration pipes are arranged correspondingly to the water treatment membrane piles respectively. Each water treatment membrane
pile includes a plurality of membrane sheets, a sealing ring, a fixing ring and a water collecting
pipe. A mounting hole is formed in the middle of each membrane sheet, wherein the size of the mounting hole is matched with the outer
diameter of the water collecting
pipe. The sealing ring is matched with the mounting hole. Two ends of the water collecting
pipe are communicated with the water transporting pipes at corresponding positions. Each water collecting pipe is provided with a plurality of water outlet holes. In the membrane
assembly, disk-type membrane sheets are employed, wherein all of the membrane sheets are connected together in series to form a cylindrical structure to form a structure with peripheric liquid inlet and central water outlet. On the basis of ensuring sufficient membrane contact area, occupied volume of the membrane piles is greatly reduced, so that a more membrane area in the membrane
assembly is achieved with the same volume, thereby improving water treatment performance.
