The invention provides a method for preparing
snail pork paste. The method mainly comprises the following steps: 1, preparing main materials, including soybean paste,
snail flesh dices and pork dices,seasonings, including
chili powder, bruised fresh raw ginger, mashed garlics, five-spice
powder, ground black pepper, edible salt, white granulated
sugar and cooking
wine, and edible
vegetable oil; 2, heating partial edible
vegetable oil in a pan with medium fire, adding the bruised fresh raw ginger and mashed garlics, performing stir-frying, adding the
chili powder, five-spice
powder and groundblack pepper into the pan, performing quick stir-frying, adding water into the pan, heating to boil the mixture, adding edible salt and white granulated
sugar into the mixture, and performing uniformstir-frying to prepare
seasoning auxiliaries; and 3, adding the remained edible
vegetable oil into the pan, performing heating with medium fire, putting the
snail flesh dices into the pan, performingstir-frying, adding the pork dices into the pan, performing stir-frying, pouring the cooking
wine into the pan, adding the soybean paste into the pan, performing uniform mixing, adding the
seasoning auxiliaries into the pan, keeping the mixture in a slight boiling state, performing heating under a stir-cooking state to prepare the snail pork paste. The snail pork paste has the delicious taste of snail
flesh and the mellow fragrance of pork.
