The invention relates to a connection
processing method of ASCR and
copper wire, belongs to the technical field of power supply line installation and solves the problem that when outdoor ACSR and the
copper wire are connected, a
white powder material can be generated to result in bad contact between the ACSR and the
copper wire and to accordingly cause frequent outage and fire hazards. The technical emphasis of the connection
processing method of the ASCR and the
copper wire is to prevent rainwater or moist air from entering the contact surfaces of the ASCR and the
copper wire. The connection
processing method comprises the steps of firstly,
cutting a piece of ASCR with steel core removed to connect with a house lead-in
copper wire; secondly, enabling the two connected wires to penetrate a bamboo tube; thirdly, plugging the opening of the bamboo tube, which is close to the copper wire end; fourthly, filling molten
tin into the bamboo tube; fifthly, reversing the bamboo tube after the molten
tin is solidified and subjecting the other end of the bamboo tube to
tin supplement; sixthly, removing the bamboo tube and sleeving the tin cylinder with a plastic tube; and lastly, connecting the ACSR at one end of the tin cylinder with the ACSR on an outdoor pole. According to the connection processing method of the ASCR and the copper wire, the joint of the ASCR and the copper wire can maintain good contact, cannot generate the
white powder material and accordingly affect normal power supply and can eliminate the fire hazards. An attached figure is provided.
