Its preparation method includes the following steps: uniformly stirring above-mentioned raw material at normal temp., heating to 90-100 deg.C, making prethermoplastification, continuously stirring for 10-30 min, cooling to below 80 deg.C, discharging material, melting and plasticizing at 145-210 deg.C, feeding said material into mould, extruding, cooling, drawing so as to obtain the invented product.
