wine. The preparation method of the nutritional health
wine comprises the following steps: removing impurities from
sorghum, corn, wheat and barley,
grinding, then moistening the materials,
steaming to prepare fermented grains; using 70-90 parts of Kudzuvine root, 8-12 parts of
Gynostemma pentaphyllum, 4-6 parts of selfheal, 3-5 parts of Huai chrysanthemum and 0.8-1.2 parts of
ginseng for
impurity removing,
grinding to prepare medicinal
powder; mixing the fermented grains with fermented
lees evenly, spreading for cooling, then adding distiller's
yeast and the medicinal
powder, placing the mixture in a
pool to ferment and obtain fermented
wine; distilling the fermented wine, grading the obtained raw wine, then inspecting the content of total flavonoids, blending, and
seasoning to obtain the nutritional health wine. The nutritional health wine is a nutritional
white spirit with the beneficial ingredients of the traditional Chinese medicines and is prepared by fermenting five traditional Chinese medicines and pure grains. The nutritional health wine is mainly characterized in that the wine can be used to reduce the
blood pressure and the blood fat and soften blood vessels; the health wine has good auxiliary
curative effect for hypertensive patients; and the health wine has excellent mouth feeling and the
flavor and color of the
white spirit.
