The invention discloses a method for manufacturing a carbon
fiber reinforced
lead alloy plate grid and a winding lead-acid battery. The method comprises the following steps: (1) degumming carbon
fiber sheets at a high temperature: arranging the carbon
fiber sheets in an environment of 450-500 DEG C and
roasting for 5-10 minutes to remove the
epoxy resins, wherein the carbon fiber sheets are made from unidirectional long
carbon fibers and
epoxy resins; (2) soaking the
carbon fibers: soaking the carbon fiber sheets in a liquid
sodium-
potassium alloy in an
anhydrous and
inert gas protection atmosphere and then taking out the carbon fiber sheets; (3) carrying out hot
extrusion forming:
quenching carbon fiber sheets and a lead or
lead alloy liquid to below 200 DEG C, and extruding to manufacture a plate, wherein the lead or
lead alloy liquid is at the temperature of 450-500 DEG C and the pressure of the lead or lead
alloy liquid is 500-550Mpa; (4) rolling: rolling to form the plate; and (5)
punching:
punching to form holes. The prepared carbon fiber reinforced lead
alloy plate grid is high in tensile strength, good in electroconductibility, light in weight and good in
corrosion resistance, and can be coated with more active substances in unit area. The winding lead-acid battery prepared by the plate grid has the advantages of higher
mass specific energy and volumetric
specific energy.
