The invention discloses a
synchronous control method for
satellite network based on distributed location management of ground stations. The
synchronous control method for
satellite network based on distributed location management of ground stations comprises the following steps: (1) the
satellite network is distributed into several areas within land surface coverage to achieve the location management with the
ground station type within each area. (2) when the new terminal accesses into the
satellite network, the access satellite conducts location information registration in the
ground station within the subordinate location management. The registration information comprises a terminal
access network site and terminal unique identifying information. (3) the terminal access information is synchronized with the location information at the other ground stations by the registered
ground station. The synchronization strategies first group the ground
station. The synchronization strategies update the precise location information synchronously to the ground stations within the group, that is, the synchronization strategies become the access satellite location and the terminal unique identification. The synchronization strategies synchronize the associated information to the ground stations outside the group, that is, the synchronization strategies become the terminal registered ground
station and the terminal unique identification. Based on the greedy strategy, the ground
station grouping
algorithm iterates the candidate ground station. According to comparison about the size of the physical distance sum of the ground station within the group in the candidate ground station within the each iteration, the ground station with the maximum range is added into the group and the group distribution is ultimately finished. The
synchronous control method is capable of increasing the network expandability, reducing the superfluous expenses resulted by the hypo-optimal routing as well as avoiding the problem of
single point failure. In addition, the synchronous control method is capable of flexibly and efficiently providing the distinguished mobility support. The synchronous control method has innovation and usage significance.
