extrusion box, one end of the main shaft is coaxially welded to an output shaft of the motor, and the end, located in the extrusion box, of the main shaft is coaxially welded to an extrusion screw. The production device of the HDPE

polyethylene particle melting process, piezoelectric
ceramic plates in the feeding box are impacted at different frequencies according to change of the number of raw materials,
continuous current is generated when the number is large to enable
electrorheological fluid to expand, spur racks are pushed to move downwards to drive gears to rotate, thus inclination angles of material conveying plates are changed, the moving time of the
polyethylene particles (raw materials) on the material conveying plates is prolonged, enough melting time is guaranteed, and the number of the
