The invention discloses an ultrasonic fumigating atomization method for
insect-expelling and anti-
mildew for storage agricultural products by utilizing composite
essential oil, and belongs to the field of protecting grain agricultural products in storage from
biology invasion by utilizing a fumigant. An object of the method provided by the invention is to protect the grain agricultural products from the
biology invasion from a period that the products are stored in a warehouse to a period that the products are out of the warehouse. The composite
essential oil provided by the invention is prepared from five kinds of
essential oil comprising
litsea cubeba oil,
cassia oil, clove oil, wrinkled giant hyssop oil and
geranium oil in a ratio of 7:1:1:0.5:0.5. The composite essential oil is fumigated and atomized by an
ultrasonic atomization fumigating device to fumigate the storage agricultural products, so that the
insect-expelling and anti-microbial for the storage agricultural products are achieved. The
ultrasonic atomization fumigating device mainly comprises an atomization
system and an air-blasting
system. The composite essential oil is scattered by an ultrasonic
energy converter to generate micro-scale droplets so that the fumigant is atomized. The air-blasting
system promotes gasification and
diffusion of the essential oil droplets, the essential oil droplets permeate mitochondrial respiratory systems of insects and microorganisms to generate
biology effects, so that the
insect-expelling and the anti-
mildew for the warehouse are achieved.
