Accordingly, the cooling medium is less likely to interfere with the thermistor supporter (11i) of the holder (12). Thus, even with the multiple holders (12) having the same shape, a difference in a leakage of cooling air between the thermistor supporter (12i) of the holder equipped with the thermistor (22) and the thermistor supporter of the holder without the thermistor is prevented, thereby achieving a uniformly cooled state of the battery cells (11) as well as a longer lifespan thereof. Moreover, when the thermistor (22) is inserted into the thermistor supporter, the elastic claw expands after passing the thermistor receiving segment so as to engage with the thermistor engagement segment (12i). Therefore the thermistor (22) can be fixed in a simple and reliable way.

The capacitive temperature sensor is composed of a temperature sensing bag, a capillary tube, a bellows, a base, a temperature sensing working medium, a capacitor left electrode plate and a capacitor right electrode plate; the base is an L-shaped plate structure; a semi-circular groove is opened on a vertical plate; one end of the bellows is fixedly connected in the semi-circular groove, and the capillary tube and the temperature sensing bag are fixedly connected in order outwardly; the other end of the bellowsis overhanging on a horizontal plate of the base, and the end surface of the bellows is fixedly connected to the capacitor left electrode plate; the capacitor right electrode plate is vertically andfixedly connected to the base with a gap from the capacitor left electrode plate; and the communicating bellows, capillary tube and temperature sensing bag are filled with the same temperature sensingworking medium. The invention relates to a device for enhancing on-line quenching stability of an extruded aluminum profile. The device comprises an automatic thermal-insulation unit arranged between a mold outlet and a quenching unit on an extruding machine. The automatic thermal-insulation unit is characterized by comprising a shell, a heater, a heat dissipation copper plate, a temperature measuring unit, a graphite cushion block and a thermal-insulation material, wherein the shell is in the shape of a rectangular solid; one side of the shell adjacent to the mold outlet is provided with a high-temperature-resistant felt curtain; a layer of the thermal-insulation material is uniformly distributed on the internal surface of the shell; the heater is uniformly distributed on the inner side of the thermal-insulation material; the inner side of the heater is provided with a layer of the heat dissipation copper plate; the side surface of the shell is provided with the temperature measuring unit; and the graphite cushion block is arranged on the bottom surface of the heat dissipation copper plate. By arranging the outlet thermal-insulation unit, the isothermal extrusion can be implemented only by one extruding machine, so that every profile produced by extrusion can be quenched at a constant temperature, thereby ensuring the properties of the profile and enhancing the yield of the profile.
