piston rod of the corresponding second air cylinder, and a fixed baffle is arranged at the top end of each rocker bar. An outer grinding device comprises a grinding knife and a sliding block. According to the technical scheme, the problems that during manual grinding of the inner wall and the outer wall of the tire, time and labor are wasted, andefficiency is low are solved.
