A reclosable package and method having an integral reclosable door adjacent one end that permits article removal from the end of the package. The package is comprised of a thermoformed blister body joined to a thermoformed backing body. The blister body has sidewalls, endwalls and a peripheral flange broken into a first section adjacent the door where the height of the sidewalls decrease and a second section opposite the door with the first section angled relative to the second section. The backing body carries the door and has an integral peripheral rib inboard of a peripheral flange with the flange having a first section about the door and a second section disposed away from the door. The rib has a pair of longitudinally-extending sections divided by a notch that preferably is a transverse rib that causes the door to bend about a desired fold line that runs generally through or adjacent the ribs or notches when urged away from a closed position. In a preferred method, after performing a multilevel trim operation to trim the multiplanar flanges of one or both the blister body and the backing body, the two bodies are joined at the flange sections about a portion of the periphery to adjacent the fold line using an energy welding process, preferably RF welding, that produces a narrow tear seam that enables finished package flange width to be minimized to thereby also minimize package width.

An elongate article holding package for a wiper blade having a pair of package panels with at least one of the panels including a blade beam receiving seat and a support flat upon which part of the blade rests during packaging. When closed, the flats position and can clamp the blade therebetween. In a preferred embodiment, both panels are so configured and preferably include one or more longitudinal stiffeners that oppose bending moments created by force transmitted to the package by the blade beam. The package preferably is of tri-fold construction having a spine that is spaced from and protects the wiper element. The spine preferably includes at least a plurality of spaced apart longitudinally extending stiffeners. One or more stiffening flanges preferably are also provided. When closed, the panels and spine advantageously cooperate with each other to increase package crush and bending resistance.

The invention discloses a universal transport packing case for a remote sensing satellite, which comprises a case cover and a case bottom, wherein an air conditioner, a temperature-humidity sensor, an inflatable / deflatable device capable of being automatically and / or manually inflated or deflated, hoisting points, transport fixing points and a data acquisition and control system are arranged on the case cover; a damping device is arranged on the inner side of the case bottom; an L-shaped bracket used during integrated satellite transport or a transport bracket used during subdivided transport, sensors comprising the temperature-humidity sensor and the like, and fans are arranged above the damping device; the data acquisition and control system is respectively and electrically telecommunicated with the temperature-humidity sensor, a pressure sensor, a vibration sensor, an impact sensor and the like, and is electrically telecommunicated with a remote control terminal so as to conveniently control the transport of the remote sensing satellite over a long distance in real time. The universal transport packing case for the remote sensing satellite can fulfill functions of highway transport, railway transport, system leakage detection and the like when different remote sensing satellites in integrated states or subdivided states are in various working conditions, the remote sensing satellites in the integrated states or the subdivided states can be highly reliably transported and the satellite development cycle is simultaneously shortened.
