zinc alloy is most obvious mainly depending on the pinning effect of the intermediate phase LiZn4. The multi-pass deformation
processing is mainly performed through the grain refinement effect. The
zinc alloy in the invention can be naturally degraded in the
human body, meanwhile, the degradation rate is controllable, the
zinc alloy can naturally disappear from the
human body after the medical effect is achieved, and a secondary operation is avoided. Besides, zinc is one of trace elements necessary for the
human body, and degradation products of zinc are harmless to the human body. The Zn-Li intermediate alloy is added into the zinc alloy, and the structure of the alloy can be further optimized by regulating and controlling the content of the
Li element, so that the comprehensive
mechanical property and the
biocompatibility of the zinc alloy are improved, and the
corrosion rate of the zinc alloy can be properly regulated and controlled.
