The invention provides a low-temperature boiling chlorination furnace, a
slag discharging and flow guiding device thereof, and a low-temperature boiling chlorination method. The
slag discharging and flow guiding device comprises a
slag discharging and flow guiding container and a slag discharging
pipe, wherein the slag discharging and flow guiding container comprises a container body with an inner cavity, a slag outlet formed in the upper part of the container body, a slag inlet formed in the lower part of the container body, and a fluidized gas inlet formed in the lower end part of the container body, wherein the container body is communicated with a reaction section through the slag inlet; the height of the connecting position of the slag inlet and the reaction section is positioned at the position being 0.5m above the bottom of the reaction section and does not exceed the height of the surface of a material layer in a normal operation process; the slag discharging
pipe is communicated with the container body through the slag outlet and can
discharge slag downwards. The boiling chlorination furnace comprises the reaction section, a feeding device, a
gas supply device and the slag discharging and flow guiding device. According to the invention, the
residence time of materials in the chlorination furnace and the
reaction temperature of the chlorination furnace can be regulated and controlled effectively, the chlorination rate can be increased, and continuous, stable and
successful operation of a boiling chlorination process can be guaranteed.
