The invention discloses an experimental device and a measurement method for ice layer rotary drilling
cutting heat and drilling parameters. The experimental device is composed of a thermal couple, a
wireless transmitter, a
torque sensor, two pressure sensors, a flow meter, a pressure gage, a draw cord displacement sensor and a computer
assembly. The measurement method includes several steps, wherein a first step is that temperature signals detected by the
wireless transmitter are transmitted to a
wireless receiving device on the computer
assembly, and the signals are converted and then transmitted to a computer and displayed in real time in a dynamic mode through configuration
software; a second step is that the rotation speed and the torque of a
drill bit are detected; a third step is that the bit pressure is obtained through
differential pressure; a fourth step is that the flow rate of
drilling fluid and the pumping pressure are detected; a fifth step is that the average
rate of penetration is obtained; and a sixth step is that the parameters, namely the bit pressure, the rotation speed, the flow rate and the average
rate of penetration, can be adjusted through a drilling
machine and a
slurry pump. The experimental device and the measurement method for the ice layer rotary drilling
cutting heat and the drilling parameters have the advantages that a blank on the aspect of ice layer rotary drilling
cutting heat researches is filled, and a basis is provided for optimizing the combination of the drilling parameters and the
structural type of the
drill bit.
