linseed oil production, and provides
linseed oil rich in
conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) so as to solve the problems that the
shelf life of the
linseed oil is shortened due to proneness to rancidity and the quality of the linseed oil is unstable caused by the fact that nutritional ingredients are damaged. The CLA and a composite
antioxidant are added into the linseed oil, the adding quantity of the CLA accounts for 1%-4% of the total
mass of the linseed oil; and the composite
antioxidant comprises tea
polyphenol, L-ascorbyl palmitate and
vitamin E, the adding quantity of the tea
polyphenol accounts for 0.01%-0.1% of the total
mass of the linseed oil, the adding quantity of the L-ascorbyl palmitate accounts for 0.01%-0.1% of the total
mass of the linseed oil, and the adding quantity of the
vitamin E accounts for 0.005%-0.08% of the total mass of the linseed oil. According to the linseed oil rich in CLA,
nutrient substances such as
secoisolariciresinol diglucoside,
phospholipid,
vitamin and the like are more reserved, a packed product of the produced linseed oil is suitable for
cold storage, the guarantee period under
cold storage reaches 24 months, and the guarantee period at the ordinary temperature reaches 18 months. With addition of the CLA, the linseed oil is rich in both alpha-
linolenic acid and the CLA, so that a functional
unsaturated fatty acid is balanced and comprehensive.
