The invention relates to an application of plant eIF4A genes in preparation of rice stripe virus infection resistant rice. According to the invention, a binary expression vector is constructed by utilizing the plant eIF4A genes and vsiRNA binding site mutants thereof; rice and nicotiana benthamiana are successfully converted; and a rice stripe virus infection resistant transgenic plant is obtained. Experimental results show that the tolerance of the plant body to rice stripe virus can be obtained through expression of the plant eIF4A genes or the vsiRNA binding site mutants thereof in the plant body.

Controlling sites of miR528 and applications thereof

The invention relates to applications of a coding gene MIR528 of rice OsmiR528 and OsmiR528 controlling sites (Os06g06050, Os06g37150, Os08g04310, Os08g42640 and Os07g38290) in aspects of controlling rice growth stages and virus resistance. By researching OsmiR528 overexpression and rice strain knockout, the inventor found that the OsmiR528 influences rice heading stages and has a capability of resisting a rice stripe virus (RSV), namely overexpression of the OsmiR528 can result in an earlier heading stage and sensitivity to the RSV, and knockout of the OsmiR528 can result in a delayed heading stage and an anti-RSV capability. The invention discloses a colloidal gold immunity test strip for rapidly detecting a rice stripe virus (RSV) and a preparation method. According to the invention, an anti-RSV monoclonal antibody is labeled by colloidal gold into a gold-labeled antibody, the monoclonal antibody is wrapped by a combination pad made of a polyester film, another anti-RSV monoclonal antibody and goat anti-mouse IgG arecombined on a detection line (T line) and a quality control line (C line) of a nitrocellulose membrane respectively, and then a sample pad made of water absorbing filter paper, an RSV immune colloidal gold pad, the nitrocellulose membrane combined with the RSV monoclonal antibody 11C1 and the goat anti-mouse IgG and the water absorbing paper are sequentially pasted on a PVC rubber slab, so that the test strip is prepared.
