An isothermal heat sink use operational principles of heat pipes and includes a plate-like body including a housing, an interior partition and a wick. The housing has an inner chamber under a vacuum. The interior partition divides the inner chamber into an upper and lower half chamber and has a central through hole and multiple air passages. The wick containing a working fluid is held in the central through hole and has a lower evaporating section and an upper condensing section that are held respectively in the lower and the upper half chambers. Therefore, the working fluid in the evaporating section evaporates and produces a vapor that enters the upper half chamber from the lower half chamber through the air passages. The vapor condenses into liquid that enters the condensing section and returns to the evaporating section to improve cooling efficiency of the heat sink.

Job scheduling system suitable for grid environment and based on reliable expense

The invention discloses a nonlinear tunable mass and liquid damper used by combining a tunable mass damper and a tunable liquid damper through nonlinear springs. The nonlinear tunable mass and liquid damper comprises a solid mass block, a cavity, internal viscous liquid, a plurality of universal wheels, a preserved hole and a nonlinear spring device. The solid mass block and a closed shell outside the solid mass block serve as a center structure. The viscous liquid with a certain volume is added in the cavity and can circulate in the reserved hole in the mass block. The center structure is connected with baffles or walls on the periphery through the four sets of nonlinear springs outside the cavity. Rotating shafts are arranged at the joints between the nonlinear springs and the baffles or walls so that the nonlinear springs can horizontally rotate. The universal wheels are arranged at the bottom of the center structure so that the damper can freely move in the horizontal plane. According to the working principle, energy input into a building through an earthquake or / and wind vibration is dissipated by means of the mass of the solid block, the non-linear springs and friction force provided when the viscous liquid flows through the small hole in the solid block. The waveguide is doped with gold (Au) or platinum (Pt) such that when a drive voltage (applied to the device) is turned off, the minority charge carriers rapidly annihilate because gold doping reduces the minority carrier lifetime, which improves transient characteristics of the optical device. A medical electronic sphygmomanometer using an electronic circuit to examine pressure and pulse sound, measures a blood pressure on the basis of a Korotkoff sound theory. The electronic sphygmomanometer solves the problems of the existing Korotkoff sound method that must use mercury for measuring blood pressure. The pressure sensor (4) is for sensing the pressure in the cuff air charging device (5); the pulse sound sensor is for sensing the pulse sound; the single chip system board (1) receives sensor data and displays results through the liquid crystal display device. The manual air charging ball (6) or the air charging motor unit (8) can be used for charging air to the cuff air charging device (5). The blood pressure can be measured according to the Korotkoff sound method. The standard medical stethoscope (9) can replace the pulse sound sensor (3), and the blood pressure can be measured by human.

The present invention relates to an aperture-shaped variable valve which is attached to the inside or end of a pipe to variably control the flow rate or pressure of fluid, such as liquid or gas, flowing along the pipe. As to one usage of the invention, the exhaust noise of an automobile can be controlled because back pressure is variably controlled by the valve attached to a vehicular exhaust system where the flow rate of exhaust gas varies according to the RPM of an engine. Additionally, the flow rate can be measured within a large range through application of the valve to a flowmeter. An operational principle of the valve is to control the cross section of the flow path by contract or release of aperture plates which are initially opened at a constant size by elasticity of a spring. Using the aperture-shaped variable valve, linear control of flow rate or pressure is facilitated, compared with a conventional disc variable valve. Furthermore, control of flow rate or pressure is enabled by a simple method so constitution of a control system is facilitated.

In sum, the directional rzeppa universal joint can effectively work under all environments needing universal joints.
