The invention discloses a portable laparoscopic device for children. The device include an inner sleeve, an outer sleeve, an assembly base, an assembly head, an action component and a drive component.The inside of the outer sleeve is sleeved with the inner sleeve, and the inner sleeve is slidably connected with the outer sleeve; the outer end of the inner sleeve is fixedly connected with the assembly head, the outer end of the assembly head is provided with the action component, the right end of the outer sleeve is detachably provided with the assembly base, the outer end of the assembly baseis provided with the drive component, and the drive component is used for driving the action component to move. An auxiliary channel sequentially runs through the assembly head, the inner sleeve, theouter sleeve and the assembly base and is used for insertion of surgical instruments. The length can be adjusted, the device is detachable and convenient to carry, and automatic and fine control is achieved. The auxiliary channel is arranged, so that the laparoscopic operation does not need to open multiple wounds, and the protection of the patient's body is facilitated.
