The invention provides a test structure for analyzing through-hole type metal-interconnected electromigration reliability. The test structure comprises at least two layers of metal wires; an insulating dielectric layer is respectively filled between adjacent metal wires of each layer; adjacent layers of metal wires are separated by insulating dielectric layers, and the conduction of the adjacent layers of metal wires is realized through metal through holes; and at least one layer of insulating dielectric layers covers on the top layer of metal wires. The test structure for analyzing the through-hole type metal-interconnected electromigration reliability is characterized in that: the insulating dielectric layers covering on the top layer of metal wires contain metal markers which are used for indicating the positions of the metal through holes. With the adoption of the test structure provided by the invention, the positions of metal through holes can be known through observing from any layer by using an SEM (Scanning Electron Microscope) without grinding to strip layers, and the metal through holes can be conveniently and fast positioned when an FIB (Focus Ion Beam) is used for cutting, so that the efficiency is increased and the time for using machine platforms is saved.

The improved interbody fusion cage is composed of a body part, an upper surface, a lower surface, a left lateral face, a right lateral face, a back arc face and a front inclined face. The right lateral face is of a trapezoidal structure, and small holes are formed in the right lateral face. The inclined angle of the front inclined face ranges from 15 degrees to 75 degrees. Each of the upper surface and the lower surface is provided with a large hole; the large holes are through so that the body part is of a hollow structure. The radian of the back arc face ranges from 15 degrees to 45 degrees and fits the radian of the front edge of the centrum. Each of the back arc face and the front inclined face is high in middle and low in two-side, and the middle parts is 2-3 mm higher than the two sides. An X-ray non-transmission metal marking pin is arranged on the body part. By means of the improved interbody fusion cage, the problem that a common interbody fusion cage cannot fit the vertebral pedicle intervertebral disc inclined bolt internal fixation is solved; meanwhile, the improved interbody fusion cage conforms to intervertebral space anatomical features and is convenient to operate.

The method comprises the steps of: (1) installing at least three coplanar and non-collinear actual marking balls at a focus of a human body, and collecting an image containing the actual marking balls; (2) extracting all spheres in the image as suspected marking balls, and respectively solving the centroid of each sphere; (3) selecting suspected marking balls with the same number as the actual marking balls to form a plurality of point sets to be matched, and judging whether the suspected marking balls are matched with actual point sets formed by the actual marking balls or not in sequence; if so, taking a point set to be matched as a candidate point set, otherwise, rejecting the point set to be matched, and acquiring all candidate point sets; and (4) carrying out registration on the obtained candidate point sets and the actual point sets, and selecting a marking ball combination corresponding to the candidate point set with the minimum projection error as a final marking ball combination. The marking ball positioning method adopts non-metal markers, so that registration errors caused by artifacts brought by metal markers to a CT image and registration errors caused by manufacturing and measuring errors of steel balls and tracers are avoided.
