The invention relates to an electrostatic composite
metal-filler wet-type dust removing and filtering device and a filtering method. A high-pressure
metal nozzle group is embedded in the upper part of the dust removing and filtering device, a water inlet port of the high-pressure
metal nozzle group is externally connected with a
water pipe, and the
water pipe is connected with a
water storage tank through a water pump. A corrugated metal filler is arranged at the lower part of the high-pressure metal
nozzle group, a water baffle board is installed in the air outlet position, and the bottom ofthe dust removing and filtering device is connected with a
water storage pond. One end of the dust removing and filtering device is an air inlet
pipe, and the corresponding end of the dust removing and filtering device is an air outlet
pipe. A
rectifier and booster
transformer is arranged outside the dust removing and filtering device, and the
rectifier and booster
transformer is connected with each nozzle of the high-pressure metal nozzle group through conductors in parallel. Sprayed water drops form charged spray mist with
small particle size, the mist drops are sprayed in the metal filler to form a charged water film, the charged water film produces an
image force with tiny
dust particles, and thus, the
dust particles are humidified, condensed and weighted to be captured. The dust removing and filtering device has a simple structure, the
dust particles and microorganisms can not retain in the metal filler, secondary
pollution is avoided, and the dust removing and filtering device has higher filtering efficiency toward particles of more than 1 mums and
aerosol particles of 0.5-1 mum.
