Preparation method of catalyst for synthesizing vinyl acetate by virtue of acetylene method and synthetic method of vinyl acetate

The invention relates to a preparation method of a catalyst for synthesizing vinyl acetate by virtue of an acetylene gas phase method, the catalyst and a synthetic method of vinyl acetate. According to the preparation method of the catalyst, the catalyst and the synthetic method of vinyl acetate, the problem of low catalyst activity in the prior art is mainly solved. The catalyst comprises a carrier, 50g / L-200g / L zinc acetate and 0-10g / L of potassium acetate. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (a) radiating the activated carbon by virtue of 60 Co-gamma ray to obtain the carrier; (b) loading required amounts of zinc acetate and potassium acetate by virtue of a dipping method; and (c) drying to obtain the catalyst. According to the technical scheme, the problem is well solved. The catalyst can be applied to the industrial production for synthesizing the vinyl acetate by virtue of the acetylene method.

High-oxygen fresh-keeping method of fresh-cut apples

The invention relates to a high-oxygen fresh-keeping method of fresh-cut apples. The method comprises the following steps: (1) treating unbroken apples at a low temperature and under a continuous high-oxygen concentration condition; (2) taking out the apples and cutting the apples so as to obtain apple blocks; and (3) performing color-protecting and coating treatment on the apple blocks by a color-protecting agent and a coating agent, then performing air-filling packaging and sterilization on the apple blocks, and finally, refrigerating. According to the method, the unbroken apples are subjected to the continuous high-oxygen treatment at a low temperature and then are cut, and the growth of bacteria and fungi can be inhibited under the high-oxygen condition, so that the decomposition of fruits and vegetables during the storage is alleviated, the respiratory action and the ethylene synthesis of fruits and vegetables are relieved, the tissue browning of fruits and vegetables is slowed down, and substances with peculiar smells, such as acetaldehyde and ethanol, are decreased. Thus, the storage quality of fruits and vegetables is effectively improved. The effects of the method provided by the invention are obviously superior to the treatment effects of a method in which the refrigeration and the cutting of apples are separately performed.

The method at least comprises the following four steps: the first step, the process effluent is subjected to the degreasing treatment so that the content of hydrocarbon compounds in the process effluent is reduced below 100mg / L; the second step, after the degreasing treatment, the effluent is divided into two flows by evaporation, wherein one flow is rich in organic substances and the other flow is poor in organic substances; the third step, the flow rich in organic substances is subjected to the membrane separation, the organic substances in the concentrate is recovered, and the water phase is reutilizes; and the fourth step, the flow poor in organic substances is subjected to the biochemical treatment so that the water quality meets the requirements for reclaimed water. The method can recycle the whole effluent after treatment and reclaim the organic substances in the effluent, and achieves the effect of resource utilization of the process effluent and the organic substances in the process effluent.

This invention relates to the use of an ethylene synthesis or perception inhibitor for treating stressed or unstressed banana plant or plant parts in the field prior to harvest. Because the pre-mature ripening is triggered by ethylene produced by the plant, such inhibitor can be sprayed or gassed on the fruit while it is in the plantation (on the tree) to protect and avoid the pre-mature ripening of fruit left on for the full growth period of 12-14 weeks (instead of 11 weeks or less). The invention, therefore, enables the banana growers to leave the fruit on the tree for the full growth period (even under certain stress), thereby gaining a yield benefit without the problem of pre-mature ripening in transit.
