evaporator. The three-dimensional spherical-shell-shaped
seawater photo-thermal
evaporator comprises a floating layer, a high-reflection film layer, a water conveying channel and a three-dimensional spherical-shell-shaped photo-thermal
evaporation structure. The floating layer is a porous foam layer, the upper surface of the floating layer is coated with a high-reflection film, a through hole is formed in the center of the floating layer, a water-absorbing
cotton swab is embedded to serve as a water conveying channel, the lower end of the water-absorbing
cotton swab extends into
seawater to make contact with the seawater, and water is supplied to the photo-thermal
evaporation structure from the lower water. The three-dimensional spherical-shell-shaped photo-thermal
evaporation structure is connected with the upper end of the water-absorbing
cotton swab, is supported by a spherical-shell-shaped supporting framework of the water-absorbing cotton core and is coated with a layer of
cotton gauze-shaped structure, a hydrophilic paper base layer is prepared on the
cotton gauze-shaped structure, and a gold or
silver nanoparticle light absorption material layer is uniformly evaporated and deposited on a paper base. Therefore, the photo-thermal evaporation area is greatly increased, rapid and sufficient supply of photo-thermal evaporation water is guaranteed, and efficient solar photo-thermal evaporation and
seawater desalination are achieved. The three-dimensional spherical-shell-shaped seawater photo-thermal
evaporator is simple to prepare, low in cost and easy to popularize. The invention further provides a preparation method of the seawater photo-thermal evaporator.
