The invention discloses a sleep pillow containing modified MDI (diphenylmethane diisocyanate) foam, which comprises a pillowcase and an inner pillow body that is obtained by molding the modified MDI foam, wherein the upper segment of the inner pillow body is provided with a head groove, the lower segment of the inner pillow body is provided with a triangle-like soft body, a neck groove is preset between the head grove and the triangle-like soft body, and mutual cooperation is performed to keep the head, neck and bosom at the same straight line; the modified MDI foam is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 60-70 parts of MDI, 20-35 parts of hydroxy-terminated poly-dimethylsiloxane, 2-3 parts of quaternized carboxymethyl chitosan, 4-9 parts of golden cypress extracting solution, 8-10 parts of nanometer silver-loaded titanium dioxide, 0.5-1.5 parts of fluorinated graphite, 2-4 parts of surface active agent, 0.3-0.9 part of a catalyst, 1-6 parts of a chain extender and 1-5 parts of a foaming agent. Compared with the prior art, the sleep pillow containing modified MDI foam has the advantages of having no pressure caused to the cervical vertebra, bearing softly, being appropriate in rebound resilience and good in limpness at a low temperature, self-cleaning, and being anti-microbial, anti-acarien, non-toxic, environmentally friendly and the like.
