A production method for producing cell colony forming units in vitro from a mammalian tissue explant, the method comprises the steps of a) growing a piece of the mammalian tissue explant in a growth medium to obtain cell colony forming units from immature cells from the piece of explant, and b) harvesting cells from one or more of the cell colony forming units for use in Autologous Cell Implantation / transplantation methods. The mammalian tissue explant is selected from the group consisting of cartilage; bone such as, e.g., bone marrow; connective tissue; muscle tissue such as, e.g., smooth muscle tissue, heart tissue, liver tissue and skeletal muscle tissue; skin tissue such as, e.g., periosteum; mucosal tissue; brain tissue, pancreas tissue and blood vessels. In particularly, the mammalian tissue explant is cartilage, such as elastic, fibro, hyalin or articular hyalin cartilage. The cells obtained are suitable for use in autologous implantation / transplantation methods. In a specific embodiment, the cell obtained are chondroytes, especially for use in autologous chondrocyte implantation (ACI) methods.

The system comprises a flue gas waste heat recovery device used for preparing heat source steam and preheating seawater and a low-temperature multi-effect sea water desaltation device which utilizes the heat source steam to realize sea water desaltation treatment; the low-temperature multi-effect sea water desaltation device comprises a first-effect evaporator, a plurality of intermediate-effect evaporator, a final-effect evaporator and a condenser; the condenser is connected with a vacuum-pumping device; the first-effect evaporator is connected with a feeding seawater pipe on which a plurality of preheaters are serially arranged; a fresh water pipe between every two adjacent evaporators penetrates the preheaters. According to the invention, in-order water supply is adopted, so that the scaling and corrosion problems are solved, equipment cleaning and maintenance are reduced, and therefore the sea water desaltation cost is low; the low-temperature multi-effect sea water desaltation device is combined with exhaust heat utilization, so that comprehensive resource utilization is realized, the flue gas discharge temperature is lowered, the desulphurization efficiency is favorably improved and emission of pollutants is reduced.

The invention furthermore relates to a cell which comprises the gene therapy vector. Pharmaceutical compositions which comprise the gene therapy vector and / or a cell comprising said vector are also provided. In another aspect, the invention relates to a method for treating or preventing hypertrophic cardiomyopathy in a subject by introducing the gene therapy vector of the invention into a subject in need of treatment.

The invention discloses a method for preparing environment-friendly gasified oil. The method comprises the following steps of: weighing each raw material component; placing a main material and a smell remover in additives into a reaction container for stirring; placing an auxiliary material, and a heating agent, a smoke suppressor and an emulsification cosolvent in the additives into the reaction container for stirring; placing an accelerant, a combustion improver, a dispersion agent and a catalyst in the additives into the reaction container for stirring; mixing and stirring the mixed solution prepared by the steps 1 and 2 and adding the mixture into the mixed solution prepared by the step 3 for stirring; testing the pH value of the mixed solution and adding a proper amount of acidity and alkalinity regulator; adding a proper amount of anti-freezing agent; and discharging to prepare the environment-friendly gasified oil. The invention also provides the environment-friendly gasified oil which comprises 65 to 85 percent of main material, 20 to 30 percent of auxiliary material and 1 to 3 percent of additives. The method has the advantages of simplicity, stable performance of a synthesized liquid fuel, combustion flame temperature of 1,100 DEG C, fuel heat value of 8,500KJ/kg, low fuel combustion lower limit value, complete combustion, convenient and safe use and broad application.

The invention relates to a foliage fertilizer containing phellinus igniarius mycelium fermentation liquid and a preparation method thereof. In the prior art, the nutrition-adjusting foliage fertilizer contains certain hormone and enzyme substances while providing nutrition, and the hormone and the enzyme substances and the like are chemically synthesized and manually added, so the cost is high and the application effect is not ideal. According to the foliage fertilizer containing the phellinus igniarius mycelium fermentation liquid and the preparation method thereof, the foliage fertilizer comprises the following raw material components: 60 to 90 milliliters of phellinus igniarius mycelium fermentation liquid, 10 to 20 grams of urea, 5 to 10 grams of potassium dihydrogen phosphate and 0.5 to 2 grams of carboxymethylcellulose.
