Disclosed is a
gas composition and
environmental factor controllable tobacco sealing, storage and maintenance method. The method comprises the first step of sealing, the second step of sealing space airtightness detection, the third step of changing of conditions of gas in a sealing tobacco stack and the fourth step of
gas concentration control. The step of
gas concentration control comprises the following stages of (41)
insect killing and bacteriostasis, namely, the concentration of
oxygen in the stack is kept smaller than 2% for 20-30 days, (42) alcoholization, maintenance and storage, namely, after the
insect killing and bacteriostasis process, according to alcoholization and maintenance requirements, the tobacco alcoholization speed is reduced, and the concentration of
oxygen in the tobacco stack is adjusted and is controlled between 0% and 6%, tobacco alcoholization, maintenance and storage, namely, the concentration of
oxygen is controlled between 6% and 12%, normal tobacco alcoholization, namely, the concentration of oxygen is controlled between 12% and 21% and tobacco alcoholization acceleration, namely, the concentration of oxygen is controlled between 21% and 30%; meanwhile, the temperature and the
humidity inside the stack can be adjusted according to an attached table 1.
