According to the rotary compressor provided by the invention, an opening is formed in one side of a by-pass loop fitted with a subsidiary bearing, and the other side of the by-pass loop is provided with a suction port opening; when the compressor stops, the pressure difference between the pressure in the shell and the pressure of the low-pressure side reaches a constant, a differential pressure valve device in the by-pass loop is opened, and oil comes into a container of the fluid reservoir through an inspiration channel from the by-pass loop; once the compressor starts, and the oil of the container can flow back to an oil storage cavity from an oil hole.
