casting furnace, comprising a melting chamber, wherein a
continuous feeding device and an
alloy feeding port are arranged at the upper part of the melting chamber; an
induction heating crucible device is arranged in the melting chamber; a liquid outlet is arranged in the
induction heating crucible device; chutes are arranged at the liquid outlet side of the
induction heating crucible device;
casting chambers are arranged below the chutes; an
ingot mould is arranged in the right
casting chamber; an
ingot mould vehicle is arranged below the
ingot mould; melted materials are fed into the induction heating crucible device by the
continuous feeding device; after
metal is melted, the right chute is moved to the liquid outlet of the induction heating crucible device; the induction heating crucible device is inclined;
molten metal enters the ingot mould of the right casting chamber by the right chute to cast an ingot blank; after the ingot blank is cooled, the ingot mould is moved out by the ingot mould vehicle; when another purpose of drop-down
ingot casting or casting is realized, the left chute is moved to make the
molten metal enter the left casting chamber to carry out casting or drop-down
ingot casting. The multipurpose semicontinuous vacuum induction casting furnace has the characteristics that multi-species continuous alternative operation is realized, energy is saved, the efficiency is high, and the
metal quality is greatly improved.
