System and method for sub-second data replication. The present invention provides the ability to replicate database transactions made on one computer to one or more local or remote computers instantly, utilizing the database management system's transaction log for the replication. The present invention intercepts transactions being sent to a database's transaction log and interprets and copies the transactions to one or more replica servers, as well as to the original existing database transaction log. This enables real-time reporting without taxing the transaction system, real-time backup and immediate disaster recovery, by offloading said activities from the transaction server to a replica server that synchronized with the transaction server in real-time. The system comprises a central server and a set of source and destination agents that can reside all in a local system, or can be remotely connected such as through a TCP / IP networks The central server controls a series of loadable modules to perform specific functions in the system, and an agent that runs on every machine in the system that has a relational database management system running. The agent is either a source agent, gathering data from a source database server, or a destination (or target) agent, applying the data to the destination database, or both a source and destination agent.

Modularized extraction, transformation, and loading for a database

Techniques exporting data and metadata from a source database environment to a target database environment are provided. The techniques include the steps of analyzing metadata that describes one or more items, the data for which is in a source database, where the one or more items include at least one of a view, a sequence, a dimension, a cube, an ETL mapping, and any database object for which the metadata is stored outside of the source and target databases. The data for each item resides in a data file associated with the source database. The data for each item is incorporated into the target database based on the metadata by providing the target database access to an incorporated data file, where the incorporated data file is the data file or a copy thereof. Techniques are also provided for exporting database data from the source database. The techniques include extracting metadata that describes one or more items, the data for which is in the source database, where the one or more items include at least one of the structures described above. The data for each item resides in a data file associated with the source database. After the exporting, a database server that manages the target database is provided access to an incorporated data file, where the incorporated data file is the data file or a copy thereof.

A method and system for generating and tracking an email campaign is described. An email campaign generator generates an email campaign template from an email target database. The email target database comprises at least one email target. An email campaign engine generates a custom email corresponding to each of the at least one email target. The custom email is formed from the email campaign template. The email campaign engine sends to each of the at least one email target the corresponding custom email. A campaign tracker receives at least one response corresponding to the sent custom email. The campaign tracker creates a campaign tracking list that includes the received at least one response.

The invention relates to a method for real-time vision positioning for a monocular camera, which belongs to the field of computer vision. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, acquiring an object image characteristic point set to establish an object image database and perform real-time trainings; secondly, modeling the camera to acquire model parameters of the camera; and thirdly, extracting a real-time image characteristic point set by the camera, matching real-time image characteristic points with the characteristic point set in the object database, and removing error matching and performing an affine inspection to acquire characteristic point pairs and object type information. The characteristic point pairs and the object type information are used to perform characteristic tracking, and accurate tracking characteristic points of the object image are combined with the model parameters of the camera so as to acquire three-dimensional poses of the camera. The method can achieve the functions of self-positioning and navigation by using a single camera only, thus the system complexity and the cost are reduced.
