brake disc, a cylinder bracket, a cylinder shaft, an outer rotor motor, a force and moment sensor, an arrester bracket, an arrester, a cylinder, a measurement and
control system, a code disc, a rotating speed sensor, a centering roller bracket, a centering roller lifter and a centering roller. By the invention, the whole
vehicle dynamics is comprehensively researched on the testing platform, a driving or
brake moment and a steering resisting moment are applied to wheels, and the wheels are permitted to steer in rotating motion so that more working conditions can be imitated by applying driving or braking moment on wheels and permitting the wheels to steer during rotating motion. The multifunctional testing platform can test and research the dynamic characteristics of vehicle longitudinal dynamics and transversal dynamics.
