The invention discloses roller shoes with damping systems and brake devices. Each roller shoe comprises a shoe body and a wheel carrier, wherein a first fixing belt and a second fixing belt are arranged on the instep part of the shoe body, a third fixing belt is arranged on the ankle part of the shoe body, a liner is arranged in the shoe body, four U iron supports are arranged inside the wheel carrier, buffer blocks are arranged between the tops of the U iron supports and the wheel carrier, four vertical axle movable vertical grooves are arranged in each of the left and right sides of the wheel carrier, axles are arranged in the axle movable vertical grooves, a first wheel, a second wheel, a third wheel and a fourth wheel are mounted on the four axles from left to right, the first wheel, the second wheel, the third wheel and the fourth wheel are positioned in grooves of the U iron supports, the bottoms of the U iron supports are rotatably connected to the axles, and a brake device is arranged in the middle of the wheel carrier. During sliding, braking is carried out on the roller shoes by pulling brake cranks, the requirement for the capacity of a skater is eliminated in the aspects of deceleration and brake, and thus the safety during sliding of the roller shoes is improved.
