The invention discloses a novel device and process for passive spiral homogenization and dustfall of injecting paste materials. According to the device and the process, intelligent flow
control valves are used for controlling the ratio of the injecting paste materials on line; the
dead weight of the injecting paste materials and the
wind power are used as a power source for homogenization of the injecting paste materials; after the injecting paste materials are uniformly mixed through a passive spiral
homogenizer, the uniformly mixed injecting paste material is conveyed into a stirring
pool through
wind power,
dust particles in dusty gas are comprehensively separated through a high
cyclone separator and an electrostatic re-separating device, the clean air separated from the
dust particles is discharged into
atmosphere through an air outlet, the separated dust is collected in a
storage area at the bottom of the high
cyclone separator, through the adjusting of a closed controller, the dust is finally discharged into the stirring
pool, water of which amount meets the design requirement is fed into the stirring
pool, and the mixture is fully stirred and then is pumped into a project which needs the injecting paste materials. According to the device and the process, the ratio of the injecting paste materials is controlled on line, the
dead weight of the injecting paste materials and the
wind power are used to replace a conventional spiral stirring homogenization manner, meanwhile, the separating devices (namely, the high
cyclone separator and the electrostatic re-separating device) are used to separate dusty gas, and the separated dust is discharged into the stirring pool, so that the high-accuracy material ratio is realized.
