A method and apparatus for fabricating a semiconductor device are disclosed. The method attaches semiconductor chips (130) on a sheet-like insulating substrate (101) integral with two or more patterned layers of conductive lines and vias and with contact pads (103) in pad locations. A mold is provided, which has a top portion (210) with metal protrusions (202) at locations matching the pad locations. The protrusions are shaped as truncated cones of a height suitable to approach the pad metal surface in the closed mold cavity. The substrate and the chip are loaded onto the bottom mold portion (310); the mold is closed by clamping the top portion onto the bottom portion so that the protrusions are aligned with the contact pads, approaching the pad surface. After pressuring encapsulation compound into the cavity, the mold is opened; the encapsulated device has apertures to the pad locations. Any residual compound formed on the pads is removed by laser, plasma, or chemical to expose the metal surface.

The medical composite material has the mechanical strength higher than that of a linear high polymer material, and is easy to store, fracture can be avoided, and the requirements of high-strength medical devices can be met. In addition, the cross-linking-type polymer base material has the relative-low molecular weight and the simple and easy synthesis and preparing method and processing technology, and the technical problem that high-molecular-weight linear polymer is difficult in preparing and processing is solved.

Liquid filter

The invention relates to a liquid filter (1) comprising a filter housing (10), a ring filter insert (2) and a cover (16), the bottom (18) of the housing (10) containing an eccentric outlet (13) for emptying the housing (10) when the filter insert (2) is removed. The filter insert (2) consists of a filter material body (20) surrounded by front panels (21, 22). A blocking element for the outlet (13) is arranged on the front panel (22) facing the bottom (18), and positioning means are provided on the filter insert (2) and on the housing (10), said positioning means bringing the blocking element (24) into engagement with the outlet (13) when the filter insert (2) is inserted into the housing (10). The filter (1) according to the invention is characterised in that the first positioning means is an inclined plane (3) that is embodied or arranged a) on the outer circumference of a filter housing part (15) arranged inside the ring filter insert (2), b) on the inner circumference of the ring filter insert (2), c) on the outer circumference of the ring filter insert (2), or d) on the inner circumference of the filter housing (10); and the second positioning means is a radially protruding nose (4) embodied or arranged, opposite the inclined plane (3), a) on the inner circumference of the ring filter insert (2), b) on the outer circumference of the filter housing part (15) arranged inside the ring filter insert (2), c) on the inner circumference of the filter housing (10), or d) on the outer circumference of the ring filter insert (2). When the ring filter insert (2) is rotated in relation to the filter housing (10), the inclined plane (3) and the nose (4) can be moved in relation to each other in such a way that they slide along each other and bring the blocking element (24) into engagement with the outlet (13).
