ion exchange. The mineral leaching device comprises a control cabinet, reaction tanks, membranes, an
ion exchange column, heating pipes,
aeration pipes, a
metal ion collector, an eluent control valve, reaction tank
slag discharge valves, a
nutrient solution storage
bottle, a regeneration solution storage
bottle and a regeneration control valve. The two sides of the control cabinet are provided with the two reaction tanks respectively; and the membranes, the heating pipes and the
aeration pipes are arranged in the reaction tanks. The bottoms of the reaction tanks are provided with the reaction tank
slag discharge valves, the bottom of the regeneration solution storage
bottle is provided with the regeneration control valve, and a pipeline connected with the
ion exchange column and the
metal ion collector is provided with the eluent control valve. The mineral leaching device is simple in structure, the influence on mineral leaching caused by factors such as temperature,
aeration quantity and leaching chemical environment of the reaction tanks is considered, and the mineral leaching device is novel and reasonable in design, high in working efficiency and very suitable for bio-leaching of mesophilic
bacteria and
thermophile bacteria.
