One aspect of the invention is a homodyne coherent receiver, suitable for high speed phase shift keying (PSK), the receiver comprising a receiver for receiving an incoming signal having a carrier-less modulation format, a signal conditioning sub-system that generates a carrier component from the incoming signal, and an optical injection phase locked loop (OIPLL) that phase locks the generated carrier component of the incoming signal. Embodiments of the invention may enable DSP free detection of optical PSK signals, which may be required in next generation fiber transmission systems and in optical constellation analyzer systems. In addition, embodiments of the invention may provide improved receiver sensitivity performance comparing to prior art systems using direct detection schemes. Also, embodiments of the invention may be advantageous in terms of cost and energy efficiency.

The preparation method for the energetic type metal-organic framework material comprises the following steps: adding the ligands into H2O, regulating the pH by use of LiOH, then, adding Co(NO3)2.6H2O, sufficiently stirring, placing into a stainless steel reaction kettle with a polytetrafluoroethylene lining; heating the stainless steel reaction kettle to 150 DEG C in a programmed manner and keeping the temperature for 48 hours, cooling the stainless steel reaction kettle to the room temperature in the programmed manner, leaving purple pink cubic crystal particles on the lining wall, filtering, washing and drying in the air to obtain the complex. The brisance and the work capability of the energetic material prepared by the preparation method are improved.

A speaker module comprising a module housing is disclosed. A speaker unit is accommodated within the module housing. A sound hole of the module is located at a side of the speaker unit. The speaker unit divides a cavity of the entire module into two cavities, namely a front acoustic cavity and a rear acoustic cavity. The front acoustic cavity is in communication with the sound hole. A sound-absorbing cotton is provided in the front acoustic cavity. The sound-absorbing cotton is fixed on the module housing, and is arranged to avoid a vibration space of a diaphragm of the speaker unit. The present invention effectively improves the performance of a sensitivity curve of the module at high frequencies without modifying the structure of the front acoustic cavity, thus not only increasing the acoustic performance of the module, but also simplifying the structure of the front acoustic cavity of the module.

A method for preparing the DNA biosensor of the invention has the advantages of mild conditions, simplicity and convenience, good stability, high sensitivity and simple operation.
