Two synchronous gears are arranged in the central sections of the main and the sub screw shaft, so as to improve the performance of suction greatly. The lining of the housing and the housing can be arranged as an integral structure or a detachable structure. A mechanical seal is arranged between the main screw shaft and a front end shield. The outer end of the mechanical seal can be provided with a small rolling bearing as an auxiliary bearing of seal.
