The invention discloses a method for manufacturing an
electric locomotive transformer oil pump wiring board. The method comprises the following steps of manufacturing parts, manufacturing a
metal wiring board and a
metal binding post,
stamping an upper
metal piece and a lower metal piece, manufacturing a pressure resisting
ceramic body, assembling the wiring board, carrying out overall
welding and completing manufacturing. The wiring board comprises the
metal binding post, the upper metal piece, a 95aluminum
oxide ceramic body, the lower metal piece and the metal wiring board. The thickness of the metal pieces is 0.8 mm, and the pressure resisting
ceramic body comprises an upper cylindrical segment and a lower cylindrical segment which are integrated. The
diameter of the
metal binding post is equal to or slightly smaller than the
diameter of the inner circle of the pressure resisting ceramic body. The
electric locomotive transformer oil pump wiring board manufactured through the method is excellent in performance, easy to
mount, easy to process, low in cost and good in insulation performance. The sealing performance and the
oil pressure resisting performance of the wiring board are guaranteed through the metal and ceramic
welding structure, a 0.8 MPa pressure
leakage test is borne, leakage cannot occur, and the service life of an
oil pump is prolonged.
