According to the method disclosed by the invention, abundant agriculture and forestry wastes are used as raw materials for preparing the functional biological carbon, an in-situ impregnation process is used for regulating a biological carbon structure, and functional particles are controllably and uniformly supported, so the specific surface area and the porosity of the biological carbon are greatly increased, and the biological carbon can be widely applied to the fields such as sewage treatment.
