The invention provides a grouping polling method of wireless communication, comprising following steps: S1, dividing an intra-domain terminal into a plurality of groups by a base station, distributing a group ID and an intra-group ID to every terminal; S2, broadcasting a command to one group by the base station in polling, after the intra-group terminal receives the command, positioning own reporting time slot by the intra-group terminal according to the ID number; S3, when the reporting time slot arrives and no other terminal is monitored to start communication, starting the communication by the terminal corresponding to the reporting time slot, wherein other terminals cannot start the communication at this time until the next intra-group polling command arrives. In application of the grouping polling method of the invention, the base station is unnecessary to start polling the terminals one by one; the command polling expenses are reduced, the intra-group terminal positions own reporting time slot according to the ID number; predicable anti-collision time is formed; and the real time response speed of the whole wireless system is improved.
