The invention discloses a power-on test stand
system for switch cabinets. The power-on test stand
system comprises a test stand cabinet, a power source, a man-
machine interaction portion, a measuring portion, a
data acquisition board, a processor, a
liquid crystal display and a storage. The power source is positioned in the test stand cabinet and is used for providing power-on
test power sources for the external switch cabinets; the man-
machine interaction portion is arranged on the test stand cabinet and is used for responding to operation of operators and generating corresponding control signals; the measuring portion is connected with the man-
machine interaction portion and is used for testing the switch cabinets according to the corresponding control signals; the
data acquisition board is positioned in the test stand cabinet and is used for acquiring
test data of the switch cabinets; the processor is connected with the
data acquisition board and is used for analyzing the
test data and generating test result information; the
liquid crystal display is connected with the data acquisition board and is used for displaying the
test data; the storage is connected with the processor and is used for storing the test data and the test result information. The power-on test stand
system has the advantages that the performance of delivery detection equipment for the switch cabinets can be improved and perfected, and accordingly the integral delivery quality of the switch cabinets can be improved.
