At both sides of the shutter flow channel, 4-12 groups of blades are arranged in order from the inlet end, and directions of the blades on the two sides are staggered to form an outlet between the adjacent blades. The feeding distributor can carry out both uniform distribution on the gas-liquid mixing feed for two times and gas-liquid separation on the gas-liquid mixing feed for two times, and generate airflow collision by utilizing an inertial force of the gas phase, thereby basically eliminating the entrainment of liquid drop by gas. Non-uniform gas distribution caused by a sudden change in feeding amount is avoided. High uniform rising gas distribution is realized.
