During construction, the outer ring beam is poured firstly, then the center inverted-cone-shaped truss is manufactured, the steel cables are laid, lifting cables and auxiliary balance cables are selected in sequence, finally synchronous lifting and tensioning construction is conducted, and membrane materials are installed after the whole structure is tensioned and formed.
